Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a cross-functional team of software engineers, designers, and data analysts to tackle complex challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the team to grasp the intricacies of work, technical specifics, and potential trade-offs in terms of value, complexity, and time.
- Drive product management initiatives, including prioritization, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and creation of plans for experiments.
- Break down intricate technical projects into manageable deliverables, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Apply best practices to inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare technical reports and test plans to guide project execution effectively.
- Cultivate a creative and positive mindset within the team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve excellence.
- Develop and execute engineering plans while effectively managing and coaching team members.
- Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics adeptly, including handling critical clients with finesse.
- Design and execute test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements and specifications.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical product management.
- Sound understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in breaking down complex technical projects into actionable deliverables.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and test plans to guide project execution effectively.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently for short business trips.
